To return or exchange a product to Memory-Up, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Typically it will take 2-5 business days to process the RMA number for exchange/refund after receiving the products.
A RMA can be requested opening a return ticket or by calling us.

Memory-Up provides warranty services through our resellers. Please contact the vendor from which you purchased your Memory-Up product and they will gladly assist you in regards to any warranty issues. There are no other express warranties or conditions in respect to the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
Expert knowledge and professional installation of the memory is recommended but not required. In no event shall Memory-Up or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
